Resveratrol in Peanut Butter


Peanut Butter Recipe 
Homemade peanut butter is so delicious and it only takes a few minutes to make.




















Two cups unsalted roasted peanuts
One tablespoon honey
Teaspoon oil vegetable oil as needed
Salt to taste
Place peanuts in food processor. Turn food processor on and let it run for 5 minutes.
You will see the peanut butter in stages.
·       From crumbs to a dry ball
·       To a smooth and creamy consistency
·       Stir in the honey.

Crunchy Almond Peanut Butter 
  Made with no additives, this lovely almond peanut butter is delicious.

























Almond Peanut Butter
1 cup unsalted almonds
salt to taste
1 tablespoon honey
1 or 2 teaspoons vegetable oil as required. .

Chocolate Peanut Butter
2 cups unsalted peanuts
 salt to taste
1 or 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
half a cup unsweetened cocoa

·       Place peanuts into food processor with salt. Turn on and let it run until it forms into a thick paste shaped like a ball. In a few minutes it will become smoother.
·       Add the cocoa and vegetable oil and turn on again. It will become smooth and creamy. Leave in fridge until it thickens.
